Tonight was the preview evening for De Montfort University's Art and Design degree show, so I went to have a look. There was some beautiful work, some of the textiles piece I generally gasped at. Some friend's work was up too, and I honestly hope they're proud of it because they should be. Slightly terrified that in a year its going to be my work up there, I feel ready at all but I'm definitely excited for it. As usual, I've got a stack of business cards to sort through and organise. But if you're around Leicester this week, you should definitely go and take a look.
