To be honest, I wouldn't say I was either. I'm definitely not a fitness guru, the idea of going to the gym doesn't excite me at all. But I don't think I'm a couch potato either, if I'm sat down, I am usually doing something. As for my exercise habits, I enjoy going on really long walks just around the city or parks. They're not usually to anywhere in particular. Ever so often I do some sit-ups or yoga, but to be honest they don't count for much. I am planning on joining a sports of some sort, as I prefer the idea of exercise doing a sport with a team, than just being in the gym.
