Its a toss-up between Ron Weasley and Severus Snape. Ron simply for his ability to create humour in the darkest of times, and his sensibility. However Snape, I love for his complexity. Throughout the story you never really now where you stand him, your feelings are constantly changing about him. Its like you're not sure whether to trust him or not, or which side he's double crossing. Then when you finally learn his full story, and you want to say you were sorry you ever doubted him.
