Well the obvious answer to this would be Voldemort. Although he is a vicious, evil character... Without him there wouldn't really be a story. I don't like Lucius Malfoy, and his snobby pure-blood manner, and that money is power. However... I believe Wormtail is my least favourite. His sniveling, sticking with the biggest kids in playground manner, hiding behind them. And the fact that really... He is the reason Harry doesn't have any parents.
