My Carrot cake cupcakes were a success! Very pleased, had a lot of fun making them. Never made carrot cake before, usually stick to chocolate and plain sponges and biscuits. Very excited for tomorrow, going to Rosslyn with everyone and building furniture. Also Kate will be back so we can catch up! Yippee!!
